Shipping
All orders are shipped from our store in Maastricht within 1–3 working days.
Each order is packed with care, using our own paper bags, ribbons and stickers.
You will receive an email once your package has been sent.

Shipping costs
Netherlands: € 5.95 (free shipping on orders over €75)
Belgium and Germany: € 9.95

France and Luxemburg: € 15.00
Pick-up in our store is always free.

Returns
We hope you love your order as much as we enjoyed preparing it.
If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at rivage.maastricht@gmail.com.
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

If you prefer, we can also issue a store credit for future purchases.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Important exceptions
For hygiene reasons, earrings and perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Le Rivage reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

In-store purchases
Items purchased in our physical store can be exchanged within 14 days with the original receipt.
We do not offer cash refunds for in-store purchases.
Exchanges are possible for another item or a store credit.
